Shipping policy

PRODUCTION TIME

Every piece is made to order, nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to ship. 
Production typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the item (pillows 
and smaller pieces are usually faster, rugs and framed canvas take a bit 
longer), then it ships.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order ships, delivery within Canada typically takes 5-10 business 
days. International orders can take longer depending on destination and 
customs.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

If you order more than one piece, they may ship separately and arrive on 
different days. This is normal, each item is produced at the facility 
closest to you for that specific product type.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and what's 
in your cart.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties set 
by your country. These aren't included in your order total and are your 
responsibility.
